關於我

也許上輩子是泰國人,自大學畢業以來就不斷往泰國跑,是宿命的吸引嗎?還是泰國就是我的棲身之地?

這問題在2015年的春天得到了解答,泰國就是我所希望停留的點,不知道是一股從何而來的衝動,在一次短暫的三天兩夜曼谷快閃行後,我就毅然決然隻身前往位於曼谷的藍帶廚藝學院進行九個月的泰式料理學習。

原本我只是喜歡美食,追隨老饕口中的珍饈,就這樣出乎意料地我拿起了廚師刀,進入了專業的廚房,開始了我的冒險旅程。

在這裡,沒有繁複的步驟教學,沒有滿滿圖片或是影片的瑣碎流程。有的是我喜歡的料理介紹,搭配簡單的食譜,偶爾會有餐廳的詳細資訊,但是就不會是那種很多圖片的那種啦,是該說我簡潔有力呢,還是我懶惰(笑)。

我只是個喜歡美食的台灣人剛好住在曼谷,所以除了曼谷哪裡有很吃的料理可以和大家一起討論之外,其他的…. 相信網路上有許多比我還要專業的部落客在做介紹啦。

這裡從今天起將會常態性的分享不同的資訊,中文或英文都會有,所以如果你有海外的朋友對泰國美食也有興趣的話,也可以邀請大家一起討論。

最後的最後,味蕾是非常主觀的一個器官,就像有的人可以吃很辣,有的人卻是吃鴛鴦鍋的白鍋也覺得辣,所以當我們彼此對於某道料理或是某間餐廳有著不同看法時,並沒有誰是絕對的正確或錯誤,只不過是我們所喜歡的東西不一樣罷了。就像我很愛吃臭豆腐,但是我不會去討厭不敢吃臭豆腐的朋友是相同的道理!

我們都愛美食、我們都是吃貨,讓我們把力氣花在尋找好吃的料理上!!

About me

Maybe I was a Thai in my previous last, so that’s why I kept coming to Thailand after graduating from university.  Is it my destiny? Or probably Thailand is the place where I should settle down?

An answer had been found in 2015, I realized that I will and want to stay in Thailand for a while, and there was an unknown impulse after a prompt trip, I determined to go to Bangkok to stay Thai cuisine in Le Cordon Bleu.

From being a gourmet lover and chasing every famous food, to be holding a chef knife and standing in the kitchen, here is how my story began.

In here, there will NOT be specific step-by-step teaching, and NO pictures- or video- oriented process.   What you get is the dish I like, with simple recipe sharing, and sometimes the restaurants I love to go.  However, I don’t want to do that sort of pictures-wise recipe, you can think me as a concise person… or I am just being lazy.

I am just a Taiwanese who just happened to stay in Thailand and loving eating food, so you are all WELCOME to discuss with me regard everything related to food, but apart from that, I believe there are so many professional bloggers who can do better than me such as travel in Thailand.

Starting from today, I will regularly share a variety of information both in English and Chinese, so if you are interested in food especially Thai food, let’s just feel free to talk.

Last but not the least, taste buds are really subjective, like some can eat very spicy and some just feel spicy while looking at red food.  Therefore, if we are holding different opinions to the same cuisine or restaurant, it doesn’t mean there is a right/wrong, the only matter is we love things differently.  It is like I love blue cheese but I won’t hate my friends not eating blue cheese with me together.

We Love Food and We are all Foodie, let us spend our perfect lifetime on scrumptious things J
