在泰國,不論是去餐廳或者是飯店,一踏進店門口服務人員即會立刻送上一杯冰涼的香茅水,再貼心一點的則會順便附上有著香茅風味的冰毛巾,嗅覺、味覺以及觸覺都徹底的被滿足,仿佛泰國的太陽多麼炎熱,至少此刻的我是沁涼無比啊!
其實香茅水算是一個非常簡單且便宜的一道飲品,而且對人體也有著許多的好處,所以就讓我們來看看做法到底有多簡單!
In Thailand, wherever you
go to restaurants or hotels, the waiters will always serve a glass of ice
lemongrass water while stepping in. Some
will even serve an ice towel with lemongrass flavor. In this moment, the sense of small, taste and
touch are utterly satisfied. Just for a
few second, the hot shine outside in Thailand doesn’t bother me anyway, cause I
am as cool as frozen.
材料介紹 (6人份) / Ingredients (for
6 ppl)

香茅

150g
|
Lemongrass
|
水
|
1.5 ltr
|
Water
|
冰糖
|
100g
|
Rock sugar
|
紅茶包
|
1 pax
|
Black tea bag
|
做法:
1. 將香茅洗淨後切段,約3-4 公分長。
2. 水倒入鍋中後煮沸。
3. 先將香茅以乾鍋快炒約5分鐘,直至產出香氣,將香茅丟入滾水中。
4. 以滾水煮20-30分鐘後,加入冰糖調味(可依個人口味調整甜度)。
5. 最後放入一個紅茶包煮出茶香後(可選擇不加)。
6. 放涼即可享用。
Process:
1. Cleanse lemongrass and then cut it into 3-4 cm
long.
2. Boil water in a pan.
3. Toast lemongrass in a dry pan around 5 minutes
until getting aroma, and then throw toasted lemongrass into boiling water.
4. Cook lemongrass in boiling water for 20-30 minutes,
add rock sugar (sweetness can be adjusted accordingly)
5. Finally add black tea bag to get tea colour and
flavour (optional)
6. Cool it down and enjoy!!
